The IQuest Network Operations Center is located in Indianapolis, Indiana, in a secure, monitored facility equipped with video surveillance and infrared intrusion detection systems. Access to the operations center is restricted to a minimal list of authorized personnel who have access to sensitive areas and equipment. Physical security to the data center is provided by card key magnetic locks and biometric palm scanners.

Uninterruptible Power To guard against local power failures, we've also installed three industrial grade Liebert UPS systems. These act as backup batteries, maintaining uninterrupted power in the event of surges or outages. In addition, we also have a 1500KW diesel generator that is capable of keeping our network up and running indefinitely without the need for external power.

24 Hour Network Monitoring Our operations facility is manned around the clock, where we constantly monitor our internal network and connections to the Internet. We're not only here when you call us -- we're monitoring your connection's performance to locate and prevent any problems before they start.

Every router on our network is polled every 60 seconds to detect any outage or congestion. We can spot a problem and correct it long before it has any effect on your network.
